Transportation between the hotel block and the wedding venue will be provided by Aries Charter on July 13th.
Two coach buses will arrive at the hotel block at 3:30PM on July 13th. They will depart for the venue promptly at 3:45PM.
Guests who are not staying in the hotel block are also welcome to meet at 350 West Wolf Point Plaza to take the buses.

voco and Holiday Inn are collocated in one building and share common spaces, like the lobby, bar, and restaurant. The entrance to both properties is on W. Wolf Point Plaza (map apps sometimes show the entrance as being on N Orleans St - this is incorrect).
Forty-five rooms across both hotels are reserved for the Gault Hartney wedding. If you are told the reservation block is full when you try to book, please contact Maggie or Matt and we may be able to expand the block.
Pending hotel availability, you can add additional nights on either side of the block (for instance, Thursday or Sunday night) at the block rates by calling to place or update your reservation. Please call Dwight at (312) 529-1113.
Guests are not required to stay in the hotel block. There are many great lodging options in Chicago and we encourage you to choose what works best for you.
